General terms and conditions of sale

These terms and conditions govern the relationship between lavandes Angelvin and the Internet customer making a purchase on the site lavande-valensole.fr (hereinafter referred to as the site).

Any order implies unreserved adherence to the following GCS. We can change these GCS at any time subject to reflect these changes on our site.

 1- The order

Your order is validated after having filled in the order form on the sites and having clicked on "pay my order". A confirmation email will be sent to you and your order will be recorded. Upon receipt of this order, the seller ensures the conformity of the order and may carry out some preliminary checks. The sale is final after the validation of payment. You can have access to your order at any time by logging in on the site if you have created a customer account.

The validation of your order is worth signature and express acceptance of all operations carried out on the Site. Your personal information given during the order process is binding on you. In case of error, we cannot be held responsible for the impossibility to deliver the order.

When ordering, we will inform you of the availability of the products. If, despite our precaution, these products are temporarily unavailable (out of stock...) after your order, you will be informed by email.

Les lavandes Angelvin reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a buyer with whom there is a dispute over payment of a previous order.

The photographs presenting the products for information purposes are not contractual.

  2- Prices

The prices of the products are indicated in euros and include handling, packaging and conservation of the products but not shipping costs. Prices are indicated inclusive of all taxes, including VAT at the legal rate in force in France on the date of the order, for all orders delivered in metropolitan France.

Les Lavandes Angelvin reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but commits itself to apply the prices in force at the time of your order, subject to availability at that date.

 3- VAT

Les Lavandes Angelvin being under the regime of companies, the VAT is thus applicable.

 4- Delivery

Metropolitan France for the private individual Delivery times are 4 to 5 days depending on the region where the order is to be delivered, to this can be added the time of preparation of the order (1 to 2 days).

The products will be shipped to the address indicated on the order form in case of delivery to another address, simply check the box "different delivery address" and enter the recipient's address.

In case of absence, the carrier will inform you either by e-mail or by SMS to the address or number you have indicated.

Delivery charges are calculated according to the weight of your order. This offer concerns only metropolitan France. For all other destinations, the shipping costs are charged to you at the actual cost of delivery of the packages according to the rates of the post office.

  5- Return and refund

The products travel at your own risk. You must check your package upon receipt and make claims only if the delivery does not conform to the order, or if the package is badly damaged. You must report your claims within 12 hours of receipt of the package by email to jean-paul.angelvin@orange.fr explaining in detail the reasons for your claims. We reserve the right not to follow up on your complaint if the reasons are not deemed valid or if the request is not transmitted within the time limit. Reimbursement of the products in the hypotheses referred to in articles 5, 7 and 13 will be made within a period of less than or equal to 30 days following the sending of the e-mail or registered letter with request for receipt from the buyer or the products returned by the latter.

6- Means of Payment

By credit card at the end of your order by choosing the credit card payment managed by the e-transaction module of the Crédit Agricole.

By check: The order will be processed and the products will be sent only after reception of the check made out to Lavandes Angelvin and sent to the following address: Lavandes Angelvin Campagne neuve 04210 Valensole

By bank transfer: the order will only be processed upon receipt of the transfer to the account of SARL LAVANDES ANGELVIN.

  7- Withdrawal period

In accordance with Article L.121-20 and following of the Consumer Code, the consumer has a period of 7 working days from the date of delivery of his order to return any item that does not suit him and request an exchange without penalty, except for the return costs. The product must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging intact. It must be accompanied by all its accessories (documentation, samples and other commercial offers initially inserted in the package sent by Les Lavandes Angelvin).

Otherwise you will lose your right of retraction and the product will be returned to you at your expense. The return costs in case of retraction remain at the customer's expense.

8- Force majeure

The seller cannot be held responsible for the non-performance or delay in the performance of the contract concluded with the buyer, in the event of force majeure, disruption, total or partial strike, in particular of the postal services, means of transport and/or communication, flood, fire.

8- Personal information

We undertake not to divulge the information communicated to us. It will only be used to process orders and to personalize communication with our customers. In accordance with the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access, rectify, oppose and delete your data. You just have to send your request by mail:

 9- Intellectual property

We are the owner of the Site www.lavande-valensole.fr and holder of all rights thereto. The texts, comments, images reproduced are reserved under copyright and intellectual property. Except with our prior authorization, it is forbidden to copy or download all or part of the content of the Site.

 10 – Acceptance of the customer

The present general conditions of sale as well as the prices are expressly agreed and accepted by the buyer, who declares and acknowledges having a perfect knowledge of them. He therefore waives the right to rely on any contradictory document and, in particular, his own general terms and conditions of purchase. The act of purchase entails the acceptance of these general conditions of sale.
